Delete your Addotta account

You can request deletion of your Addotta account and the personal data associated with it without installing or signing in to the app.

Request deletion

Send us an email from the email address registered to your Addotta account. Include that email address in the request so we can verify the account to be deleted.

What happens next

• We will confirm receipt of your request and verify your identity.
• We will delete your account and associated personal data, except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons.
• Any retained information and its purpose are described in our Privacy Policy.

If you can access the app, you can also request account deletion from Account Settings.
